How do support retainers work?
You purchase a monthly retainer with a set number of hours (e.g., 10, 20, or 40 hours per month). We track time spent on support requests, enhancements, and maintenance. Unused hours roll over for up to 3 months. If you exceed your monthly allocation, we bill additional hours at the agreed rate or you can upgrade to a higher tier. We provide detailed time tracking reports every month.
What's your response time SLA?
Standard tier: 24-hour response for normal issues, 4-hour response for critical production outages. Priority tier: 4-hour response for normal issues, 1-hour response for critical outages. Response time is when we acknowledge your request and provide an initial assessment — resolution time depends on complexity. We provide monthly SLA compliance reports.
Can you support Odoo systems you didn't build?
Yes. We regularly take over support for Odoo implementations done by other teams or in-house developers. We'll start with a system audit to understand your configuration, custom modules, and integrations. We'll document everything and provide recommendations for improvements. There's a one-time onboarding fee to get up to speed on your specific setup.
Do you support both Community and Enterprise editions?
Yes, we support both. For Odoo Enterprise, you'll need an active Odoo.com subscription for official support from Odoo SA — we complement that with implementation-specific support, custom module maintenance, and integration management. For Odoo Community, we provide full support since there's no official vendor support channel.
What if we need a major enhancement or new module?
Large projects (new modules, major integrations, significant customizations) are scoped separately as fixed-price or time-and-materials projects. Your support retainer covers ongoing maintenance, minor enhancements, and troubleshooting. We'll clearly communicate when a request exceeds support scope and provide a separate proposal for the work.
